I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and completed my 200 hour RYT with Ann Wagoner at the Center for Ayurveda and Yoga Study in 2024. I began practicing yoga before I could even drive myself to classes in the basement of my neighborhood YMCA. Throughout college and graduate school, I deepened my practice to find more strength, stability, and stress relief.
I am excited to share my knowledge of yoga theory, anatomy, and everyday wellness practices with you. Iām humbled to have the opportunity to join you in your discovery and deepening of the mind, body, and spirit connections that yoga provides.
