The mission of root:rise (“root to rise”) is to share yoga and wellness with anyone who is curious about integrating yoga into their life. I offer individual and small group yoga practices for those looking for a gentle, sustainable way to move their body. I am particularly passionate about working with new yogis hoping to build confidence in their practice and gently increase mobility. I also love sharing yoga with climbers, runners, and alpinists as a way to recover and maintain strength, stability, and mobility.
